HEEL REPAIR
HEIGHT SHORTENING
Do your heels fill a tad too high? Depending on the construction / style of your shoes we can shorten the heel height by 5mm to 10mm.
BROKEN HEELS
For broken stilettos or high-heeled footwear, we carry an assortment of heels that we can match with your original heels to retain the existing style. We can fix all types of heels and if it’s not repairable we can replace the heels with a similar pair. After the heel(s) is/are replaced we would than recover them with the same or similar material/color around the heels.
HEEL REPLACEMENT
If the original design allows, we may be able to change a wide heel into a stiletto or change a stiletto into a wide heel to create a different design. Please note that feasibility depends on the original design and construction.
RECOVERING + CUSTOMIZING HEELS
Whether you’re looking to replace the existing material or do something different and fun, we can work with you to customize your look. We have a wide array of various leathers, suedes and fabrics.
RECONSTRUCTION
Dog bite, heel impact damage, fire or water wear and tear? Depending on the original item construction, we may be able to reconstruct the damaged area.
ALTERATION & CUSTOMIZATION
STRAP ALTERATIONS
A strap broke apart from your shoe? Need a strap adjusted to fit properly? Snapped elastic? Want to make straps more comfy? These are alterations we do on a daily basis.
Stitching
Whether you’re missing some stitches or need your item completely re-stitched, we carry over 50 different colors and shades of thread in two to three different gauges to ensure your item is repaired as close to its original aesthetic and construction.
CALF/SHAFT ALTERATIONS
If you have a pair of ankle boots that don’t fit properly, either too narrow or too large in the shaft, we can alter the shaft to accommodate your needs.
For boots with or without a zipper, we can also shorten shafts if they hit too high on the leg.
ZIPPER REPLACEMENT + INSTALLATION
We have a large stock of zippers in a variety of colors and finishes that we use to replace broken zippers, replace for a different style or color, or even add to existing boots that don’t currently have zippers. We carry zippers that current designers use on their brands.

HARDWARE
We carry an extensive collection of hardware such as buckles, d-rings, beads, ornaments, Swarovski crystals, zipper pulls, locks, studs, rivets, eyelets, clasps, hooks and many more items to service needs including: hardware replacement, reattachment or customization.
Hardware can be replaced on purses, luggages, wallets, backpacks, golf bags, watches, etc
PADDING + COMFORT
Is your footwear uncomfortable and too big? We can add foam or cork padding inside your footwear for a more comfortable fit and to help take up space when the item is too large in size. Padding can either be full length or just a half pad in the forefront of the footwear.
RECONSTRUCTION
Dog bite, impact damage, fire or water wear and tear? Depending on the original item construction, we may be able to reconstruct the damaged area.
SOLE REPAIR
The sole is the bottom part of your shoes and boots that come in direct contact with the ground. As with all parts of the shoe, soles are made from a variety of materials that are durable and resistant.
We carry a variety of rubber soles that have unique designs and patterns. Upon request, we also work with Vibram soles which are widely used in the shoe industry because of their reputation for quality, durability, comfort and traction.
The leather soleing product we use on women’s and men’s footwear is imported from an exclusive Italian company.
Resoling is usually done on military boots, fireman boots, motocross boots (MBX), Birkenstocks, UGG, etc.
There are two options of sole repairs: full or half, which we match to conform to the original design of your footwear.

We offer an extensive collection of dye options for leather and suede footwear, but have more freedom in color options with leather than we do suede.
Before we begin the dyeing process, we review the changes that can occur: lighting impact, manufacturer glue marks, troubleshooting detail areas (bows, pleats, knots, gathers), and more.

Handle/Strap Replacement
We can custom make leather handles and straps to match most original designs using the best leather match available. If your bag does not already have a crossbody strap, we can add tabs with rings to attach a custom-made strap.
LINING REPLACEMENT
When a liner is beyond repair (deteriorating, extremely frayed, severely stained), we can replace it entirely. We have a variety of leather color options for replacement liners to use for replicating the original pockets/sections in the liner.

SHOE STRETCHING
We have a variety of machines for our stretching process. We also apply a stretching fluid that relaxes the material for a better stretching outcome. After the stretching process is complete, the leather is polished and/or conditioned; if needed.
Depending on the material and construction of your footwear, we can potentially stretch it up to a half size larger.
TIP: Please keep in mind that anytime a shoe or boot is stretched for width, the length is also affected. So if the width is an issue and the length slightly we recommend only stretching the width. If you are not sure what needs to be done, you may stop by or call in and we will advise you of what can be done.
We do not do boot calf stretching, but we can add a leather or elastic gore. For this procedure we would want to see you in person.
SHOE SHINE
From high shine to a subtle sheen or matte for every color. We offer shoe shine options to dress shoes, cowboy boots, military boots, police academy boots, police gear, etc. We are careful with shoes that have light color stitching and offer the option of doing a clear shine.
We also offer a high gloss shine, also known as “spit shine”, to all military boots, police academy boots, and belt gear. High Gloss Shine is guaranteed not to crack, peel or harm the leather in any way.
Leather Luster Shine Option is a special shine in liquid form. Once applied to a leather article, it will give you a brilliant self reflective gloss. This provides a higher shine than a “high gloss shine.” Can be used on police gear or military boots. Leather Luster is guaranteed not to crack, peel or harm the leather in any way.
A shoe shine can be applied to leather, patent, and exotic skins. Even if your shoes don’t require a thorough repair, feel free to stop by for a quick shoe shine.
CLEANING & CONDITIONING
We clean all items made of natural and man-made materials through a variety of methods. We have spent many years searching and developing the prefect cleaning/conditioning method. All cleaning is done by hand.

After the cleaning and conditioning process, all items are treated with our water and stain repellent spray to further protect your items.

ORTHOPEDIC REPAIR
Orthopedic Repair, when needed, can make a difference on how a person can obtain improved mobility. We have worked modifying shoes to a doctor’s specifications and also in conjunction with physical therapists.
We install lifts, honeycombing, flares, sole and heel lifts as prescribed in your Orthopedic Prescription. Whether leg length discrepancy or short leg syndrome, treating Achilles tendonitis, for sports, or for prosthetic and rehab uses.
What we do is split the sole at the bottom of any shoe of men, women, and children, add the build up to the specified size, taper at the toe, then reattach the original bottom of the shoe. This creates an aesthetically appealing look while alleviating pain in the foot, leg, hip, and back caused by the limb length discrepancy. In situations that the sole can't be split, we apply the build up directly on the sole of the shoe and use a thin out soling material.
